Updates Complete!
08/11/2009 03:45
Over the past two weeks, we have been gradually passing updates throughout our website and client area; with the last final changes being completed today.
- We have made slight adjustments to our hosting packages, including Shared/Reseller and VPS; which allowed us to provide you, our users, with a better package and hosting experience.
- Updates to our Terms of Service, incorporated our non-payment and invoicing policy; have been issued, with the relevant changes enforced in our Client Area.
- Smaller changes to the creation and suspension page, have been updated; to provide more assistance for both our clients and their end-users.
- Domain registration prices have been refreshed and updated.
- We have introduced an 0800 telephone number, broadening our contact facilities to Telephone, Email, Tickets, Live Help and Customer-to-Customer forums [which are coming soon]. As well as our Knowledge-base, articles being added continuously.
- Small design changes to our main website and client area, comprising of fixing outstanding bugs [now fully-functional in Internet Explorer 7].
- NEW! We've extended our additional services list! Check it out here!
- Following on from the our first point; the changes to our packages have allowed us to offer better specifications; and tighter control on the use of our services. We decided to remove the 'Un-metered bandwidth' from our Gold, shared hosting package. This was not an easy decision to make, and we wish that we could continue to offer it, however, the package was abused by websites which were not suitable for Shared Hosting [being too resource intensive, and suffering the experience of other users on the server], and further that it was hard to administer accounts compliance with our TOS.
- For clients on that package currently, you shall have received information regarding the proposed feature change within your package. More information can be found within the email.
Though we progressed through extensive testing of our changes, we ask for any bugs to be forward via a support ticket.
